Sure Hotel By Best Western Biarritz Aeroport

The location here is absolutely perfect and excellent.

There is plenty of excellent food for breakfast.

The main reason for staying at this hotel is proximity to airport: just a short walk. Price of rooms is very reasonable as is the price of meals in the hotel restaurant, the quality of which is excellent. Hotel staff all courteous and helpful.

Rooms are very small and basic, but clean and perfectly adequate for one or two nights. I would guess not a lot of sound-proofing used in construction.

This place is fantastic, well-kept, and conveniently situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with friendly staff dedicated to ensuring a wonderful stay.

Airport location, food was excellet, staff were friendly made you feel welcome

Well decorated, clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Good location for the airport, but not good for the town.

The staff were welcoming and friendly the atmosphere generally in the hotel was too. The restaurant served some great food and was excellent value for money, we only had one night but would have liked to stay longer! the rooms were basic but again, good value for money, clean and modern.

Not really a complaint but just for information, some of the staff could speak very good English but some could not, this became a little troublesome as we had left something in our room, when we called to arrange to collect it on our return journey we really struggled to get them to understand this and also to establish that they actually had the item there, which they initially said they did not, although they had left a message on our phone to advise us that we had left it behind. Anyway all was well in the end and we collected the item with no problem!

The breakfast here was delicious and sensational with plenty of choices, the staff were quite friendly, and the location was fantastic being right at the airport.

The Food is just great French Food. 24 hour service, very nice people. Very clean infact very is best overall word to describe our most wonderful stay there

Good restaurant atmosphere and nice breakfast. The staff was very service oriented and helpfull.

Rooms were a little bit too small and needed more ventilation, but they were okay overall.

The staff here were so nice when we arrived, giving us a really warm welcome. 😊 Later on, we had dinner at a lovely restaurant where we had a great time.

I had an extremely pleasant stay and will deffinately use Inter Hotel and Amray again. The staff were superb and I felt very welcome and comfortable.

Hotel is very well located near airport. Room is small but cosy and served very good for our overnight stay, but it I think it would be good for longer stay also. It has nice terace and helpfull staff. Good value for money.
